GPE Competition Starters is located in a 2,000 square foot building at 2629 Broadway Court, Edmond, Oklahoma, a suburb of Oklahoma City and currently employs 1 full time employee and one part-time employee. All starter assembly is done in-house as well as a majority of the machine work on specialty order items. GPE Competition Starter products enjoy an excellent reputation in quality and service in the racing market. Among our customers are some of today’s leading sportsmen & professional racers including, Warren Johnson, Kurt Johnson, Alan Johnson, Mike Edwards, Reher-Morrision Racing Engines, Eaton Racing Engines, Derek Daly Driving School, Scott Creed Racing, Mike Duffy Race Cars, and The Freeman Racing Team, just to name a few.
Although our passion is in the racing industry, some of our specialty build items have been adapting starters for boats, airplanes, tractors, and antique automobiles. We believe there is no job TOO BIG or TOO SMALL for us to work on.
